As Art Director for Creston Books I've helped produce over 30 titles.

 

We wanted a distinctive look that expressed our mission: to return children's books to their glory days of unbridled imagination by discovering today's best talent. We needed something classic, yet contemporary.

Eliminating the dust jacket leaves a book feeling sleek, while the cloth spine lends a sense of timelessness. In the age of

e-readers, we celebrate the physical book and revel in its details.

Our design has been recognized by the Publishing Professionals Network and the Society of Illustrators.
